1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through our website are non-refundable.
Due to the customized nature of prescription lenses, hygiene standards, and product handling protocols, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy (Case-to-Case Basis)

While refunds are not provided, we understand that certain situations may require support.

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are only considered on a case-to-case basis, depending on:

  • Product condition at the time of request

  • Reason for exchange

  • Manufacturing defect (if any)

  • Non-prescription products in unused and original packaging

  • Lens and prescription-related issues (evaluated by our in-house optical experts)

3. Conditions for Requesting an Exchange

If eligible, an exchange request must meet the following:

  • The product must be returned in original condition with all accessories, tags, and packaging.

  • Prescription lenses cannot be exchanged unless our team confirms a technical or manufacturing issue.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Final approval is at the sole discretion of Khanna Eye Care Centre.
