Due to the customized nature of prescription lenses, hygiene standards, and product handling protocols, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy (Case-to-Case Basis)
While refunds are not provided, we understand that certain situations may require support.
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are only considered on a case-to-case basis, depending on:

3. Conditions for Requesting an Exchange
If eligible, an exchange request must meet the following:

The product must be returned in original condition with all accessories, tags, and packaging.

Prescription lenses cannot be exchanged unless our team confirms a technical or manufacturing issue.
